All linen & bedding are included. We advise guests to bring their own towels & toiletries but we do have a limited amount of towels available for loan. Back to top 2 Explain the different types of rooms that you have? Double -1 bed in an en-suite room suitable for two. Charged per room. Twin -2 single beds in an en-suite room Charged per room Dorm- Male, Female or Mixed room ranging from 4-8 beds depending on availability. Booking a dorm room means you may share with others and are charged per bed. DO NOT BOOK A SINGLE GENDER DORM FOR THE WRONG GENDER. Your booking will be void. Also groups who book dorm beds are NOT GUARANTEED to be in the same room. People who prefer not to share with guests other than their group- or those who find their choice of dorm unavailable should either book a private dorm or contact us here info@homefieldrockhostel.com and we will be happy to help. Private Dorm - 4 - 8 bed rooms. (bunks) Perfect for groups who don't want to share with other people. You are charged per room. Back to top DAC Rooms - During some very busy periods we make rooms available in our Donegal Adventure Centre campus, literally across the road from the Rock Hostel. 3 What sort of room do I get on one of your package deals? Unless stated otherwise anyone doing an activity break always gets a private room. Doubles are assigned on a first come first served basisBack to top 4 Are you near the town? We are 1 minutes walk from the centre of town and the surf. Back to top 5 If I book online do I have to pay with a credit card? No the deposit will be taken by the booking agent but you can pay the balance by cash or with another card on arrival. Back to top 6 When are check in - check out times? Check in is from 3pm to 10pm. Alternative times can be arranged as long as you contact us in advance. Check out time is 11am- late check out can be arranged. All package deal customers can check out late for free. Our kitchen is open from 8:30am - 9 pm. Breakfast is 8:30 -10. The Lobby, sitting room and front door are locked at 11pm. Back to top 7 Is alcohol allowed? Responsible consumtion of alcohol is allowed up untill 10pm at night but we will not tolerate lewd or unruly behaviour. However Bundoran is a holiday town with oodles of bars and clubs to go out and enjoy yourself - we certainly do. We will be happy to arrange passes to nightclubs and gigs. We have no curfew-we dont care what time you come home at but when you do, the party is over and we ask that you respect other guests. Back to top 8 What is your cancellation policy? For all online bookings the booking deposit is non -refundable. However there is no other charge for cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations and no shows will be charged for the first nights stay. Bank holiday and festival weekend deals may be charged the full amount if sufficient notice isn't give. This will be returned unless there is either damage caused or anti-social behaviour. Back to top 11 Do you cater for families / Under 18s We have several rooms suitable for families and during the summer months we offer packages which combine accommodation & activity camps at the Donegal Adventure Centre.
